In creating personalised recordings and other materials, The Soul Alliance may reuse, adapt, develop or incorporate non-identifying elements of its original work in services, recordings, programs, digital products or materials created for others.

This may include general affirmations, hypnotherapy language, suggestions, scripts, themes, exercises, techniques, structures, concepts and other material relevant to similar areas of personal development.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing and for considering whether participation in an offering is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Further information about the nature and limitations of our offerings is provided in The Soul Alliance’s Disclaimer.

12. Results & Individual Experiences

Personal development, hypnotherapy, wellbeing practices, programs and experiences affect people differently.

The Soul Alliance does not guarantee a particular emotional, personal, relationship, professional, financial, health or other outcome from any service, program, recording or experience.

Testimonials and descriptions of other people’s experiences are not guarantees that you will experience the same outcome.

13. Respectful Participation

For group experiences, programs, retreats, events and other shared offerings, participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators, staff, venues and other participants.

The Soul Alliance may refuse or discontinue a person’s participation where their behaviour creates a significant safety concern, seriously disrupts an experience or infringes upon the wellbeing or rights of others, subject to applicable law.

14. Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers & Rescheduling

Cancellations, refunds, transfers and rescheduling are governed by The Soul Alliance’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and any specific conditions applying to the offering purchased or booked.

Certain offerings, including private sessions, personalised recordings, retreats, events and professional engagements, may have additional cancellation or booking conditions.

Nothing in these Terms or any offering-specific cancellation conditions excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Promotional Codes & Gift Vouchers

The Soul Alliance may offer promotional codes, discounts, gift vouchers or credits from time to time.

Any specific conditions communicated with a promotion, voucher or credit will apply to its use, including any applicable validity period, eligible offerings or other reasonable conditions.

Any expiry period or other condition applying to a gift card or voucher will be subject to applicable Australian law.

16. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Some Soul Alliance offerings and website functions rely upon independent third-party platforms and services, including booking systems, payment providers, online meeting platforms, venues and other technology providers.

The Soul Alliance is not responsible for outages, interruptions or acts of independent third parties outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Third-party platforms and services may have their own terms, conditions and privacy practices.

17. External Links

The Soul Alliance website may contain links to social media platforms, external websites and other resources operated by third parties.

These links may be provided for convenience, information or access to relevant services. The Soul Alliance does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

You are responsible for considering the terms and policies of an external service when choosing to use it.

18. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not knowingly misuse The Soul Alliance website or interfere with its normal operation or security.

This includes attempting unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data; knowingly introducing malicious software or harmful code; interfering with website security or functionality; or using website content in a way that infringes The Soul Alliance’s intellectual-property rights.

Reasonable personal use of the website is welcomed.

19. Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control

Occasionally, circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Soul Alliance may affect our ability to provide an offering as originally planned.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, serious illness, venue closures, travel disruption, government restrictions, widespread technology or platform failures, emergencies or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where this occurs, The Soul Alliance will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, which may include rescheduling, postponing, modifying the method of delivery or providing another appropriate option.

Nothing in this section removes any right or remedy available to you under applicable law.

20. Professional & Business-to-Business Engagements

The Soul Alliance may provide facilitation, performances, programs, creative services or other offerings to businesses, retreat organisers, venues, organisations and other professional purchasers.

These engagements may be subject to a separate proposal, quote, booking confirmation, agreement or other specific terms addressing matters such as scope, fees, deposits, travel, cancellation, intellectual property and delivery.

Where separate terms are agreed for a professional engagement, those terms apply to that engagement alongside these general Terms & Conditions where relevant.

21. Privacy

The Soul Alliance respects the privacy of people who interact with our website and offerings.

Personal information may be collected through bookings, purchases, accounts, forms, questionnaires, communications and other interactions with The Soul Alliance.

Information about how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose personal information is contained in The Soul Alliance’s Privacy Policy.

22. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, replacement, re-performance, compensation or another remedy, these Terms do not remove that entitlement.

23. Specific Terms for Particular Offerings

Some Soul Alliance offerings have additional Terms & Conditions because of the nature of the service, product or experience.

These may include Private Session Terms, Personalised Audio Terms & Conditions, specific event or retreat conditions, or individual agreements for facilitation, performances and other professional engagements.

Where specific terms apply, they should be read together with these general Terms & Conditions. To the extent of an inconsistency concerning a matter specifically addressed by the offering-specific terms, those specific terms will apply to that offering, subject to applicable law.

24. Website Information & Availability

The Soul Alliance takes reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the information available through our website.

Website information, availability, descriptions and functionality may be updated or changed from time to time.

While we aim to maintain an accessible and functioning website, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

The Soul Alliance is based in Queensland, Australia, and our website and some offerings may be accessed or purchased internationally.

If you access or purchase an offering from outside Australia, you are responsible for considering any requirements that apply to you in your location.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland.

27. Changes to These Terms

The Soul Alliance may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, offerings, business practices or legal obligations.

The current version will be made available on our website and the “Last updated” date will be amended where appropriate.

Where particular terms formed part of an existing purchase or booking, changes will not retrospectively remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed.
