We recognise that information disclosed during private hypnotherapy, mentorship, private programs and ceremonies may be deeply personal.

The Soul Alliance does not treat acceptance of this Privacy Policy or our Private Session Terms as blanket consent to record private sessions.

Where we wish to record a private session, the Participant will be informed and appropriate consent will be obtained.

Recordings may sometimes be created for an agreed purpose, such as creating a personalised hypnotherapy or support audio or another purpose connected with the Participant’s Service.

Where a recording contains identifiable personal or health information, it will be handled as personal information and, where applicable, health information.

 

21. Reuse of Information and De-Identification

The Soul Alliance may draw upon general professional knowledge, themes, methods, learnings and insights developed through professional practice.

We will not knowingly publish or reuse a Participant’s identifiable voice, name, private personal story, health information or other identifying information for unrelated public or commercial purposes without appropriate permission.
